We have two penthouse units with small rooftop decks, four one bedroom suites, and four two bedroom suites. There is a full kitchen with cookware. We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv). Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only). There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building. But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building. We do have an EV charger and a designated spot for it, on the east side of the building. Once your vehicle is charged please move it so other guests can use the charger.
