Guest access Guests have full access of the house - including front deck and backyard. Guests can park in the carport and access the house with a keypad lock on the back door for contactless entry. You’re free to come and go as you’d like. Other things to note No smoking, please. This property is kid friendly but please use caution on the decks as there is no railing. I hire a professional spraying company for the yard. The spray dries within 30 minutes and is not harmful to pets or children. However, especially in the Summer, I recommend additional bug spray.
