The space The elevated entrance takes you to the open living area. The living room features a wall mounted flat screen TV, all new living room furniture and access to the private balcony with a gas grill and bistro set. The dining area seats 6 and has views of the living room and kitchen. The well-equipment kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal for your group. The floorplan has been opened to include a island bar area with seating for 3, as well as all new appliances, counters and cabinets. The second level houses both bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV, as well as a private attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bed and full size bunk beds, as well as access to the hall bathroom. The owners of the property have included beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use. Guests of Seascape have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
