Charming 18th Century Farm House with Pool

My 18th century farm house in the Catskills has two bedrooms (two queens in the guest bedroom) and two rustic cottages that are NOT winterized, 6 acres of land, a large swimming pool, nearby Tennis courts, state parks for hiking, waterfalls, roller skating, and antiquing. The space The house is charming, and great for entertaining. It feels like an English country cottage and there are several cozy and distinct rooms. Guest access In the summer, guests will be able to access the swimming pool, 7 acres of land, two cottages, and an outdoor bathtub. In the winter, its just the main house and the copper tub. Other things to note Sadly, I have sulfur water which is pretty common in the area. Please remember this is a country house, which means country mice can enter the house and deer can enter the yard.
