Comes equipped with New and luxurious stainless steel appliances: washer/dryer set, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, microwave. Also, queen size bed, a living room with high quality leather seat, accent chairs with ottoman for full relaxation, TV with internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime setup, cable access, and working space. Lots of storage areas. We provide everything to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing and accomplishing. The serene environment provides you an opportunity to contribute to saving our environment through our activities that promotes environmental stewardship. Large windows for natural lighting will help reduce the dependence on electricity when possible, use of eco-friendly cleaning products and participation in waste recycling program are some of our efforts. Please DO NOT use the towels provided as floor rags or for kitchen. Do not stain the towels or beddings provided. You are required to clean after your own mess, do not leave half food in the refrigerator or outside the sink. Do not leave dirty dishes, dirty oven, stove top and refrigerator when leaving. Sort your own garbage - all food scrumbs should be disposed in the compost bin and other waste in the regular garbage bin. Do Not leave any garbage inside or in the corridors. See the house manual for more on garbage sorting and disposal. TURN OFF the lights in the corridor, stairways and outside when you are not using the space. We have disposable non-medical masks, disposable gloves, various disinfectant solutions, 3 in 1 vacuum, broom, mop  etc. for use for cleaning.  For stays above 5 days, you are required to regularly keep the place clean to minimize the need for a deep clean which would attract additional charges. We have also provided paper towels, kleenex/scotties, Health Canada approved disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer and disposable masks inside the suite for your use. You WILL NOT BE SHARING sharing anything (kitchen, laundry, living room, washroom etc) with anyone as part of this two bedrooms suite. Guest access Backyard BBQ grill - Only grill, propane, brush and tool set are provided. Front lawn Other things to note We follow the highest cleaning standard after each guest that exceeds infection prevention and control standards for the hospitality industry and only comparable to the stardards in hospitals. Using Health Canada approved disinfectants that leaves our surfaces always clean.
