Built in 1927 & listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Mullins Court is located just blocks from downtown in an older area of town. Near UAMS, Wadley Hospital, & Federal Courthouse. Plenty of restaurants & entertainment within blocks. It's an old building with all the idiosyncrasies that entails. We live behind the building and are phone call away if you need anything. The space Guests and travel nurses will have access to private apartment. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Fully furnished for the perfect stay. Kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Stocked kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV/internet (No cable/satellite). Shared stairwell and shared courtyard to enjoy nice weather. The apartment includes a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser nightstand, and closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed, closet, nightstand and desk with chair. We provide a dumpster in the alley behind the building for trash disposal. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or unregistered guests! No children under the age of 13. Other things to note There is a parking area in the alley behind the building near the entrance to this specific apartment.
