Beautiful lake house on Tims Ford Lake in the desired Highland Ridge neighborhood. The house has many upgrades and is the perfect set up for multiple families and especially lots of kids. Large master suite on the main floor. The big bunk room (features custom bunks to sleep 12) with an ensuite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms on that bottom floor. There is enough parking for 5 cars including garage. The outdoor living space is so relaxing with a dining table and porch swing. Amazing dock! Bedroom 1: main floor King bed Bedroom 2: bottom floor 2 Full over Full bunk beds & 2 Twin over twin bunk beds Bedroom 3: bottom floor Queen bed Bedroom 4: bottom floor Twin over Full bunk bed Our driveway is VERY STEEP and a little hard to find. We are the second driveway on the right before the house with the circle drive in front. There is signage at the top of driveway. Unfortunately, the fire pit is not ours. It belongs to our neighbors. Highland Ridge The home is situated perfectly between two marinas (Tims Ford Marina and Holiday Landing Marina) on the lake. Each Marina has a restaurant available...Tims Ford has the Hard Dock Cafe and Holiday has the Bluegill Grill. Unfortunately, the fire pit is not ours. It belongs to our neighbors. Just to be upfront and transparent, we have had a group or two that have been a little excessive with the late night noise. We have had this house since 2013 and have a great relationship with our neighbors, who are also friends now. We are just letting all my renters know that there is a implicit noise ordinance at 10 pm. This is not the house for parties. We are just trying to cover our bases with all our future rentals. Our relationship with our neighbors is more important than the money. We appreciate your understanding.
