Heating & Cooling: The home features a wall-mounted mini-split system and electric baseboard heaters for heat. For cooling, the main living area is air-conditioned with the mini-split, while the bedrooms have window units and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. For insurance purposes, all guests will be required to sign a liability waiver after booking. ***Please note: This home is a duplex, and each floor is rented separately. ***Stair Access to Second Floor: The second-floor unit is accessed by an outdoor staircase. You're renting the second floor. Stair Access to Second Floor: The second-floor unit is accessed by an outdoor staircase. Boat Dock Availability: Please contact the host to confirm dock availability (shared between floors). The shared EZ Dock can accommodate one boat up to 45 feet, one jet ski, and one kayak for launching.
