The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The owner may stop by during your stay to water the plants, or mow the yard. There is a keypad on the front door. Guests will be emailed Check-in instructions and the lockbox access code before check-in day. I am always available to answer questions by email, or text and will check in with guests through email to make sure they are settled comfortably into the property. There is a Video Doorbell at the front door. Audio and video recording from this location is triggered by movement at the front door. Our house is situated on a peaceful residential street in Oak Hill, WV, just off of Main Street. With easy highway access, it is a short drive from the main artery highway 19, which takes you to Historic Fayetteville, and downtown Oak Hill, where you’ll find plenty of eclectic local restaurants, Ace Adventure Resort, New River Gorge Bridge, Canyon Rim Visitor Center, or all of the other outdoor activities including; hiking, biking, rock climbing, fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, zip-lining just to name a few. The house is surrounded by wonderful, kind neighbors beside of it and across the street, and within walking distance you'll find a local ice cream shop, bakery, laundromat, and diner. Summersville Lake is located a short 25-minute drive and is perfect for a fun-filled family day. In the winter months, take a short 35-minute drive to ski at Winterplace Resort. This house is also a short 10-minute drive to Wonderland Waterpark at Ace Adventure Resort. The waterpark is one of the largest on the east coast.
