This house has the following: - Convenient street parking right in front of the entrance; - Small Fully fenced backyard; - Central heating and AC; - Wood burning fireplace in the living room; - TVs in each room; - Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettles, bakeware, spices and more; - Master bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceiling with a skylight; - Second bedroom has 2 double beds, closet, and also a tv; - Full bathroom has a tub/shower combo (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided); - Washer and dryer are provided, free of charge; - Pets are welcome. Additional $150 pet fee will apply. Guest access Access with the door code anytime after 4pm Other things to note A small guest suite is partially attached in the back and is rented out separately. No spaces are shared. Each unit has its own private entrance and completely separate backyards.
