This is great option if your looking for a renovated, clean, and comfortable apartment for your vacation or visit to Maine. This is a great option if your visiting Bowdoin collage as we are less than 2 minutes from campus. There are 2 queen size beds that very comfortable. We have been hosting for 10+ years and we understand how important a good nights sleep is for our guests. We also have blackout shades in the bedrooms for those who want to sleep in. The space This apartment has been renovated in September of 2021. We replaced all of the windows, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom. All of the furniture is new in 2021 as well as all of our beds and bedding. Its tastefully decorated and very warm in the winter and cool in the summer as we spared no expense on insulation. This is really important for a vacation home in Maine as our state can be exceptionally cold in the winter and hot and humid in the Summer. All of our units also have new window air conditioners from the summer of 2022. The apartment is furnished exactly as the pictures show. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the back yard and 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces. Other things to note This is a second floor apartment on a one way street so its very quiet and private.
