Residential family home dedicated to guests. This home is only 10 mins drive from the Atlanta Airport, walking distance from MARTA(Train station), 4 miles from EUE Screen Gems, 3 miles to Porsche, and 2 miles to both Tyler Perry Studios and Delta Headquarters with quick access Downtown Atlanta and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. There are amazing restaurants in the area.,Walmart is 3 mins away. There are 5 medical centers which include the Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center and more. The space The main floor features all the public spaces plus a bedroom with a full/Double size bed, a 75-inch TV in the living room, dining area and a fully loaded kitchen. while the upstairs includes 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus laundry. The masters suite features a wide, private balcony and en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. Also included is 1 pack and play crib for a baby/infant. No smoking inside the house/rooms. There is a dedicated smoking on the back deck. There are visible security cameras located in the front and rare view of the house. These will stay on at you stay. No loud parties allowed. Guest access Once booking has been confirmed, an access code will be provided for your duration of stay. There is a driveway on right side of home for parking, guest can also park in front of the house by the mailbox area. It's your home when you book, no shared spaces with anyone but you and yours. Other things to note The following will be expected of our guest. There will be a minimum $250 fee charged for violating any of the house rules upon assessment. And in some cases asked to leave without any refund. -> Must be 21 and older to book. -> NO PETS allowed. -> No smoking of any kind (including hookah, Marijuana) allowed inside home. -> Be considerate of the neighbors. -> No loud parties allowed. -> Leave home in the same state you met before checkout. -> Clean after yourself. (Wash dishes, put dirty linen & towels in laundry bags provided before checkout) -> Upon checkout make sure the lights are switched off, faucets are all turned off, and lock both back and front doors.
