This Pocono retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and settle into the rhythm of the season. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, offering a comfortable setup for families and groups. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for restful nights. Two full bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials. Indoor living Warmth centers around the indoor fireplace, creating a natural place to gather after a day outdoors. The living space includes a TV, Wifi, and a Bluetooth sound system for relaxed downtime. A dedicated game room keeps everyone entertained with a ping pong table, pool table, arcade games, and a Nintendo Switch. Kitchen & dining The kitchen provides space to prepare meals and share them together at the dining table. Coffee is included, making slow mornings easy before heading out or staying in for the day. Outdoor living The backyard offers space to unwind in every season. The private hot tub is available year-round, while the fire pit creates a quiet setting for evenings outside. Outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill are available for seasonal use. A private outdoor pool is heated and available from May to Oct. Family-friendly comforts Traveling with little ones is made easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, a folding or convertible high chair available upon request, and board games for all ages. Practical amenities Enjoy a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock, free washer and dryer in unit, and free driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. The home includes heating, a window AC unit, and an AC - split type ductless system. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. The property is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always allowed. Location Located in Stillwater Estates in Pocono Summit, guests have shared beach access and lake access via a path or dock. The surrounding area offers year-round activities, from nearby ski resorts to scenic towns and local attractions. Perfect for Families, friends, and small groups looking to spend time together with a hot tub, indoor fireplace, game room, and access to lake and beach amenities. Other things to note Damage Protection- $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage is included in your nightly rate. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. All guests must be registered prior to check-in, and the minimum age to book is 25. In the rare event that the hot tub or pool is out of order, refunds cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
