On the ground floor there is a stylish open plan living area which leads out into the enchanting split level garden at the rear, a wonderful outdoor space complete with hot tub and wild garden. Beautifully styled, the property boasts plenty of character features with exposed beams, exposed Cotswold stone walls, a wood burner and an impressive spiral staircase. Garden Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, welcoming up to two medium sized dogs, and is just a stone's throw from the bustling high street. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage in Chipping Norton is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends for a cosy country escape, whilst having the benefits of a town in arm's reach. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting/dining area Cotswold stone fireplace with wood burner, exposed beams, two two-seater sofas, dog bed, 32" TV with Freesat and Apple TV (account holders only), selection of books, games and OS maps, dining table with seating for four, and nook with bench seating and hanging space Kitchen Continuation of the living area with electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, kettle and toaster Utility room Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board First Floor Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, wall hooks and chair Family bathroom Bath with overhead shower, loo and basin Second Floor A door on the first floor landing conceals a staircase which leads up directly into the master bedroom Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) Dual aspect eaves room with king size bed (can be two 75cm wide single beds on request), chest of drawers, wall hooks, chair and hairdryer Outside Split level walled garden with hot tub, gas BBQ, fire pit, hammock and outdoor table with parasol and seating for four, laid out across patio areas and a wild garden Guest access Guest access information will be included in the welcome letter. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic) Free on street parking is available nearby and 1 permit for a small car park is offered, but spaces are limited so not guaranteed 1 travel cot, 1 highchair and 2 stair gates (placed at the top of each staircase) are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 2 medium sized dogs (no larger than Retrievers) are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog.
