The space From the large deck and dining room, The Homestead offers views of the tractless wilderness that stretch from the foothills to the wilds of the Sierra Nevadas. Our peaceful valleytop home is surrounded by lush landscapes nestled between native oaks, cedars and redwoods. A professional appliance stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor eating areas, and an infinity pool with views of the American River Valley are only some of the amenities we offer. Guest access -Entire main floor of house plus downstairs studio -Laundry room with washer and dryer -Large Deck with amazing views -Shared furnished pool area with kitchenette and bathroom -Shared grill and front dining area under the party lights -Large parking area Other things to note We do have a permanent tenant that lives in a basement in-law with a separate private entrance. You will most likely not see him at all. Please respect his space. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk. Please be careful and watch your footing around the pool and ponds on the property
