Exceed all your expectations in our newly renovated two-bedroom, two full bath home located in a countrylike setting yet only minutes from downtown, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, SA airport, La Cantera shopping center, Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, many nearby fine restaurants, and other tourist attractions. While as our guests, we offer you our commitment to provide you, your family, and your friends with a safe, clean, and comfortable home. The space “The perfect place for a perfect stay.” Exceed all your expectations in our newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home located in a tranquil, countrylike setting in Northcentral San Antonio. Our entire single-story home is offered as completely private and is not shared with anyone, including the host. The home provides a spacious layout, large enough to accommodate those who prefer to relax in solitude as well as areas where family can gather to enjoy quality time together. Our family room, living room and outdoor covered patio are ideal for relaxation and comfort. Central air and heating is provided for the comfort of our guest. The home sleeps up to six guests. Our two beautiful spacious bedrooms are furnished with king and queen size beds and prepared for every guest with clean, sanitized bedsheets and pillow cases. In addition, each mattress and every pillow are prepared with interchangeable protective encasements for extra protection and comfort prior to your arrival. Our comfortable living room sleeper sofa is also available for additional guest. Both bedrooms have large closet space and window views of the many beautiful oak trees that surround the home, providing shade to the many deer common to the area. Our two large bathrooms are their own separate rooms and not located in the bedrooms, providing complete privacy for our guest. Each bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival and supplied with plenty of clean fresh towels and other necessities. For those who prefer to stay in and cook, our large kitchen provides all the modern appliances and amenities needed to treat your family or friends to hot home cook meals. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, microwave, a large refrigerator and plenty of cookware and spices. Complimentary coffee is also provided for every guest. A washer and dryer is also available as a courtesy to all of our guest but laundry detergent and other necessities are not offered. Off-street parking is available, providing parking for up to three vehicles. Several days prior to arrival guest will be provided with an access pass-code to our lock box containing keys to the home or guests can choose to meet with the host to answer any questions or to provide for guest's special needs. Our guest’s health and safety is always our priority. Like you, we too worry about COVID related issues when traveling. This is why we go to extra lengths to make our guest feel safe while in our home. Every room, from floor to ceiling, to every dish and doorknob is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized prior to our guest’s arrival and offer a one to two day interval between bookings. As an added safety measure we provide all our guest with plenty of disinfected sprays, wipes and hand sanitizer to use during your stay. We value your five-star reviews and will work hard to earn them. The quiet spaciousness of the home, the cleanliness provided and the comfort our guests experience assure you that your first stay will not be your last. Guest access The home is located in a well paved neighborhood that is monitored and well kept by a strong neighborhood association. Our large driveway can fit up to three cars. If preferred, covered garage parking is also available upon request. Other things to note The host is always available for your inquiries, in particular for those who wish to get away for more than thirty days or more.
