Thoughtfully chosen plants and decor elevate the style of each space to create a relaxing ambiance. The master bedroom is a light and airy room that features a comfy king-sized bed and French doors that open up into the yard. This room has a private ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The wood floor and cabinets contrast nicely with the gray shower tiles and plush towels provided. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with comfy queen-sized beds, stylish bedside tables, and lamps. Guests in these rooms can use the second full bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo with a luxurious rain showerhead. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The spacious and contemporary kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This area boasts plenty of counter space, modern appliances, and all the supplies you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. There’s even a fully stocked coffee bar, complete with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary pods. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’re only minutes from Laurel’s best restaurants! The house has a patio in the back, complete with patio furniture, a fire pit, and outdoor landscape lights overhead to add some ambiance in the evenings. Easy self-check-in is available with a digital code to open the electronic keypad on the front door. There is free parking for your convenience. We thoroughly clean and sanitize the house after each quest, and you will also have access to a washer and dryer inside the house. The White House was designed by an architect and his wife, who own several businesses downtown. Located in the area where HGTV's Hometown is filmed, it is close to many attractions. Guests often like to drive around the area to view all the houses that have been renovated. The house is about a mile from the Historic District. We are more than happy to answer any questions and give you recommendations for your stay, so don’t hesitate to ask! We look forward to hosting you. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
