The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, working, dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric stove, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy. The space It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Betheda, DC, and close to the Potomac River. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor (above ground). Other things to note We expect guests respect our house and neighborhood. Absolutely no tolerance for any illegal activities. No smoking of any substances is permitted. Also no vaping or incense. No pets or service animals allowed due to a family member with severe allergies. No visits allowed to the house from anyone not included listed in the reservation.
