Renovating history one historic home at a time! Our 1895 farmhouse is one of the original Czechoslovakian dairies that dotted the Fayette County landscape in the late 1900's. We have made every effort to preserve the original floor plan and materials used when the home was first constructed but added all the necessities you would need in a modern vacation rental. Conveniently located to all the antique shopping in Round Top and Warrenton! The space The home is comprised of 2 bedrooms, with a private bath for each, with a complete kitchen and sitting area. The 2nd bedroom is accessed from the back porch which provides additional privacy from the main house. The back porch overlooks the rolling pastures of Central Texas and is a great space to entertain friends or just rock away your stress! We are surrounded on all sides by rural farm land which still are worked by active ranching families from the area. Guest access While the property has multiple barns on site, we respectfully ask the guest utilize only the main house. We continue to renovate the original barns which is hampered only by limitations of finding original wood from the area.
