Family villa with pool

Hello, 1 hr 15 min from Porte d'Italie, our house on a fully enclosed and private plot of 4000 m2, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, double terrace 80 m2, ample parking. Shops are less than 5 km away, and Chartres is 20 km away. We primarily intend this rental for families who want to rest. Parties are not allowed, and will be interrupted. Noise after 10pm outside is not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood. The space The house is partially automated, especially for interior and exterior lighting and the TV.
