Situated in the heart of Tremont, one of the best urban neighborhoods in Cleveland, our 'Saucy Suite' is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment in the Tremont GuestHouse. This space is a 1940's addition to an iconic neighborhood century home. It has been restored and modernized while maintaining the architectural charm. Tremont is a jewel in the city, with celebrity chef restaurants, quaint shops, parks and coffee shops, all within a short walk, and we are less than a mile to the Towpath Trail. In addition to the 2br/1ba apartment, with efficiency kitchen, you have a private outside entrance, and a private covered porch overlooking the flower garden. The garden space is also available for use. You can work at the desk and office chair located in the smaller bedroom. Or enjoy a lunch at the high top table for 4. A serene environment awaits you, with eclectic decor, original art, 400mb wifi, and plenty of space to relax, use as a base to visit our many city attractions, or work from "home". The entire apartment is for guest use. You may encounter others in the hallway, laundry area, or garden. We live onsite, and are available to guests as much or as little as needed. We have been in the neighborhood for 10 years, and are happy to answer any questions about the city. Tremont has been renewed as a neighborhood over the last 15 years. It is extremely walkable, and quickly accessible to all major highways. We are a 1.5 mile walk to downtown (all sports venues) and 15 minutes from Cleveland Clinic, University Circle and the museums/symphony. The entire neighborhood is easily walkable. City buses run regularly with a main stop 2 blocks away. Uber and Lyft are minimal waits. Downtown venues (to include all stadiums and Playhouse Square) are 10 minutes away. Cleveland Clinic is about 15 minutes. We are situated between the interstates, so all 71/77/90/490 - are within a 5 minute drive.
