Spacious Lakeside Country Getaway! Pet Friendly ($60 Pet Fee Applies) Enjoy this spacious two bedroom condo just a few feet from the water's edge. This is unit is equipped with all new furnishings. Including a queen size bed in the loft, a full size bed in the lower level bedroom. All the comforts of home are provided, just bring yourself, your family and friends, plus whatever you want to eat, and you are all set for a fabulous fun filled stay. The space This is a ground level unit, with easy access to the lake. Other things to note PETS - A $60 “per stay” fee is applied, with a maximum of (2) pets. The maximum allowable pet weight is 70 pounds. You MUST clean up after your pet. That includes properly disposing of all waste material. You must also maintain control of your pet at all times (leash law in effect), and pets must never be left unattended. Any complaints from other guest or management, regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of the use agreement and forfeiture of the guest’s remaining nights. The pet fee does not cover any damage by the pet(s). If soiling or damage to the cottage occurs, fees will be charged accordingly. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 penalty fee.
