This apartment is a recent addition to my listings. It is complete with king-size bed, full kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. It sleeps 3 as the love seat in the sitting area is a pull out single bed. It is in the coolest part of the house, the basement, but the bedroom has 2 full-size egress windows that let in nice light. Plenty of closet space is available. Guests are welcome to use the laundry and the outdoor spaces. I live in the house, so for the most part, I am available whenever necessary The avenues area where I am located is the primo area in Cheyenne, with proximity to the frontier and lion’s parks, downtown, and F.E. warren Air Force base. Parking is on the street, most everywhere is with biking distance.
