Ear plugs and sound machines provided Light: there are sky lights and windows near the ceiling that are not covered so morning light will shine in. Eye masks provided Tub blemish: there is a blemish in the bathtub that is about the size of a half dime. It is sealed and sanitary. The cost to replace the tub for a small blemish is extremely wasteful. If you choose to book, no refunds will be given if you do not like the looks of this small blemish. The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Parking: free street parking on a first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties.
