Just a short walk down the garden path will take you to the private gate access to the prestine waters of Playa Grande. The property is nestled in the jungle between a nature preserve and the warm Caribbean sea. Happy House is the perfect place to experience abundant wildlife, lush vegetation and very secluded beaches. This is where the jungle meets the sea The space Happy House is a rustic wood framed home built in the vintage "Tico" open air style. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath single family residence. No one else will be on the property during you stay. Elevated above ground to catch the breeze as well as for added security, fresh sea air and the sounds of a jungle flow through out the house day and night. The rooms are screened and have ceiling fans. And a large patio with a birds eye view of the beach, monkeys, sloths, toucans and macaws right from the deck chairs, makes it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. Guest access The property and parking are fully fenced and gated. There is a digital key safe at the large wooden entry gate. Before your arrival you will receive an access code to unlock the safe and retrieve the keys to the gate and house. The code is unique and is valid only during your stay. Other things to note This is a private, single family home. A reservation includes the entire property. There will be no other guests on the property during your stay.
