Beautiful home with pool and game room This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is perfectly located and has room for up to 8 guests. A drive to the Walt Disney World Resort will take you 10 minutes and if you would like to visit the Universal Studios they are just 20 minutes away by car. You can visit the Lake Louisa State Park by driving just 5 minutes which offers various recreational activities. A Publix is one mile away and a Walmart is located within a 3 mile reach which is open 24/7. If you are planning on going to a beach, both coasts, the Atlantic, as well as the Gulf can be visited within an hour drive. In case you catch a rainy day or if you are a shopping enthusiast, there are outlet malls as well as the Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia in close proximity. Our fully air-conditioned house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms, a private pool and game room (in the garage). We also have 2 bikes which are available for complimentary use. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with 2 Queen sized beds (one bedroom will be upgraded to a Kind sized bed soon) and 2 rooms with Twin beds. The master bed room offers a safe which may be used free of charge (however, a deposit applies). All bath rooms have hair driers available. In our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans, a crockpot. The oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink have been replaced and adjusted to new standards. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat TVs. The pool deck is screened to protect it from bugs and it offers a roofed seating area. Pool heating is available against an additional charge. The deck also offers a grill that may be used complimentary by our guests for a carefree barbecue after an exhausting vacation day. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable. Disney World is only 10 minutes away and Universal Studios can be reached in about 20 minutes. Lake Lousia State Park is about 5 minutes away. Numerous leisure activities are available here. A Publix supermarket can be reached in about a mile, a 24-hour Walmart in about 3 miles. Drugstore, medical care, gas stations and restaurants are also very close. If you are planning a beach visit, you can visit either the east or west coast within 1 hour. For shopping enthusiasts, outlet malls or the Florida Mall, or Mall at Millennia are not too far away – so rainy days are also perfectly covered. We also have two bicycles, which can be used free of charge. The four bedrooms are equipped with two queen beds (upgrade to a king bed is planned) and two rooms with twin beds. In the master bedroom, there is a safe, which can be used free of charge (only a deposit is due). All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. In our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, crockpot. The oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher have been renovated and we have also adapted the sink to the new standard. All rooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs. The pool area is equipped with mosquito repellent and offers a covered seating area. Pool heating can be booked for a fee. Here, our guests also have a grill available free of charge for a carefree BBQ after a busy day of vacation. We believe it's important that our guests feel comfortable. ourself comfortable in your individually decorated vacation home. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Our home is close to Disney and area attractions. Guest access Entire Home Other things to note This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
