Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage which includes screened in back porch, deck with bbq pit, and free parking in the driveway. There is enough room to park a boat or trailer for Cruising the Coast or fishing. Other things to note Guest will have the privacy of the entire house including screened in back porch, large yard, and deck with BBQ pit. It is walking distance to the beach and marina. Book that fishing trip with some great fishing guides and get an extra 10 minutes of sleep. You will be a block away from the charter marina.
