The villa has 5 large bedrooms 3 with king beds & private bathrooms, one bedroom has 2 queen beds and a futon sleeper the 5th bedroom has a queen bed. All 5 bedrooms have A/C. 5 full bathrooms large open great room kitchen and living room area. The Villa is set amongst tropical foliage, coconut Palm trees, and beautiful white sand The pool is amongst the palm trees providing a great place to soak up the sun, relax in the shade, enjoy a refreshing swim and an afternoon cocktail. The pool has 4 bar stools, a full-length bench to sit and enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea 26' long by 13' wide curving on one side. The Villa and pool have the benefit of being on 2 lots consisting of 40 meters of sandy beachfront. Soliman Bay offers some of the area’s best snorkeling right from the water's edge or use one of the kayaks to go out to the buoy and snorkel by the reef that protects the Bay. Swim with the turtles enjoy the wide variety of tropical fish and more. With so many options of how to spend your days relaxing by the beach, or pool, lounging in a hammock enjoying the ocean breeze, or enjoying the view of the bay from the covered veranda that runs the full length of the Villa. Jashita Hotel offers a very nice restaurant to the north of us or take a short drive into Tulum and sample some of the best restaurants Mexico has to offer, do a little shopping in all the funky stores, and don’t forget Tulum is famous for its beautiful powdery white sandy beaches and Mayan Ruins. The Villa’s location is perfect for day trips to the area’s best adventure attractions including Cenotes, Mayan Ruins; diving, snorkeling, fishing the list is endless. Then come back to the comforts of Casa Tortuga enjoy a home-cooked meal that you prepare in the fully equipped indoor or outdoor kitchen or hire our chef to prepare a gourmet meal for your group. The Villa has two separate levels connected by covered beachfront patios on the lower level and a covered veranda on the upper level. The 2 separate lower-level beachfront bedrooms both with king beds, air conditioning, supplied bottled water, private ensuite bathrooms, and their own private entrances. Covered patio area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Several windows and ceiling fans to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and breeze. The upper level has an open great room area with 10-foot ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area for 10, a bar area, a large living room with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen HD TV stereo, a main full bathroom with double sinks off of the great room area and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has two queen beds & a double futon (the futon can be moved into any bedroom or the open great room living area) Bedroom #2 has a king bed, two entrances one off the palapa-covered beach-side veranda that runs the full length of the villa, as well as from the main living area hallway. Full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 is on the lower Beach level with a king bed private bathroom, Bedroom #4 is on the lower beach level with a king bed private bathroom, Bedroom #5 is in a separate casita building directly behind the house, it has a queen bed private bathroom. You can access the upper level from the back of the villa and the side of the villa. Bedrooms 3 & 4 face the ocean and have a covered common patio area Exterior lighting lights up the pool area and property providing a perfect setting to enjoy your evening outside.
