We are located just 7 minuets from DePauw University, 3 minutes from 3 Fat Labs and 12 minutes from Owl Ridge wedding venue. For those coming to enjoy events at C Bar C Expo Center, we are a short 21 minute drive, Lincoln Park Speedway 15 minutes, and for Indiana's premiere Bridge Festival, Mansfield is only 25 minuets away. The space Quiet neighborhood with large back covered porch facing over a hundred acres of woodland property. Lovely landscaping starting with spring bulbs and ending with a blaze of color in the fall. Tastefully decorated, the home offers a spacious family room with Roku TV, and french doors to the large covered porch. The open kitchen plan includes dining room area and front room. A small half bath is conveniently located off the family room, and a comfortable sized full main bath in the hallway that connects all 3 bedrooms. Guest access The entire home is available to the guests- no shared guests or hosts. The front door is a self-keyed entry with a pass code making it very easy for guests to gain entrance. Other things to note Our goal is to provide each of our guests with the kind of home we would want to stay in ourselves.
