The home features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen size bed), 2 bathrooms, living room, fireplace sitting lounge area, fully stocked kitchen with an island and designated office space. The bar area has a wine/ drink cooler, martini/wine glasses, bar mixing tools perfect for making your favorite cocktails. Coffee lovers will appreciate and enjoy waking up to the smell of Keurig machine coffee. We provide complementary coffee upon arrival. Both bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses, closets with clothes hangers and blackout shades. *AMAZING OVERSIZED POOL AREA* Step outside to our resort style patio where you can grill, lounge by the pool, enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by lush landscaping or enjoy a glass of wine by the firepit! Other things to note - The tenant is nereby notified to be cautious when entering or exiting the pool because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present hazards. - The Tenant is further notified that the pool, gas fire pit can be dangerous. The Tenant fully accepts to use the pool/gas fire pit at their own risk making the Landlord not responsible for any injuries while using them.
