Description
Two stunning guest houses available to book together, The Water Tower & The Carriage Loft on 7th Street. Perfect for larger groups, extended families, etc. Stay on the same property while still having your own space & privacy. Both located on our property, both detached from our main house. They are approx 75 ft apart, with private guest entrance & private outdoor patio areas. Just 7 blocks & a 15 min leisurely walk to the historic Petaluma downtown. The space The Tower & Loft share a private entrance gate and path with less than 100 yards between them - each has it's own private garden. Once a Victorian farmhouse on the edge of Petaluma, the property was built in the 1890's, was home to a prominent early Petaluma family and in the 1990's was a fully operating bed and breakfast. Our loving restoration of the Tower and The Loft respects its history with the modern luxury of a boutique hotel. The Tower & Loft are incredibly clean, all kitchen/bath items, linens, beds, sheets and towels are new, and great care is taken to ensure proper sanitation and thorough cleaning. All bedding is professionally laundered offsite! Just 7 blocks from downtown, all the great shops and amazing restaurants on Petaluma are just a short walk. The Carriage Loft: The Loft apartment above the old Carriage House is light, airy and bright with an energising and relaxing feel. Completely remodelled and refurbished in 2021. The bedroom: a luxury boutique bedroom, sleep in the dreamy gold California king bed on a Stearns and Foster mattress. The unique design is part studio, part bedroom - a half wall gives privacy from the kitchen area and a great sense of space to your sleeping area. The space has a good energizing vibe for a great nights sleep. Closet: walk-in closet with his and hers/hers and hers/his and his clothes rails. Plus laundry - washer and dryer. The kitchen and diner: Our beautiful kitchen with it's smart design means the foodie chef has everything they need. Equiped with retro fridge/freezer, compact oven, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Dining table sits 4 comfortably. Living room: super big L-shape sofa for relaxing and hanging out. Bathroom: just look at that huge stunning teal shower! Local organic shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo provided. An office away from home: the table in the kitchen can sit 4 and great to work at. WiFi is fiber, Tower has its own mesh router - expect 50-60 Mbps down, 70-90 Mbps up. There is a TV in the kitchen and it's 55 inches HD, with Netflix, Hulu & HBO Max The Water Tower: The 1890's converted Tower is bright and light, with a calming and relaxing feel. Completely refurbished in 2020. The bedroom: both roomy and cozy, accessed by a stunning iron spiral staircase, the loft style bedroom has a queen bed and vaulted ceiling. Lots of storage under the bed, and hooks on the wall for hanging your clothes. The space has a good relaxed vibe for a great nights sleep. Good to know: All bedding is professionally laundered offsite! The kitchen and diner: has compact oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee/tea maker. Smart design means the foodie chef has everything they need. Bathroom: features an antique roll-top, claw-foot bath (and shower of course). Local organic shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo provided. An office away from home: the table in the kitchen can sit 4 and great to work at. WiFi is fiber, Tower has its own mesh router - expect 50-60 Mbps down, 70-90 Mbps up. There is a TV in the bedroom, 28 inches HD with Netflix, Hulu & HBO Max. Good to know: both units have aircon! The Tower is approx 400 sq. feet and The Loft is 750 sq. feet. PLV1-2023-0001.
