Oak Knoll Cottage - Cozy 2 Bedroom

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage in the tall pines of the Prescott National Forest. Fully equipped eat in kitchen with seating for 6. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and TV's and a queen sofa sleeper. For adventurers, you are only minutes away from endless activities. Goldwater lake and it's many trails are less than a mile south. Head 3 miles north to discover endless shopping, the courthouse square, and historic Whiskey Row. Bucky's Casino is also a short drive away. The space We are pleased to share our newly built cottage that sleeps 6 in two bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, there is a pack-n-play stowed in a closet for sleeping a little one. All rooms have central air and ceiling fans. The cottage also has one full bath. The television in the front room has DISH TV and the televisions in the bedrooms have streaming TV services (DISH Anywhere, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video) but there is no cable TV in the bedrooms. An iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry room and a hair dryer under the bathroom sink. This is our newly built house and we are still working on improving the property. During your stay you may find us working around the property but we will be sure to stay out of your way. There is no access to the garage due to it currently being used to store construction material. However there is plenty of parking available. During inclement weather (especially snow) it is advised you park in one of the two parking areas up on higher ground. Other things to note Cell phone signal with Verizon is very good. AT&T, T-mobile and Sprint have spotty service, you may want to connect to the WiFi and use "WiFi calling" mode for better service.
