Guest access The entire home is for guest use. This is a triplex and the parking area and outside garden patio are shared. Guests share the outside space with neighbors but the entire inside is private and only for their own use. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, restaurants, and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims Park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, the hospital, and the beach.
