The space The private garden is the heart of the home: a lawn for the kids to run around, a playhouse, an outdoor shower and a shaded terrace — ideal for outdoor meals and for unwinding at the end of the day. Laundry room with a washing machine and a clothesline in the garden. Bed linen and towels included. Toys and books are available, and, on request, we provide a high chair, a travel cot, and children's tableware. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and the private garden at the back — a fully independent space, exclusively for those staying: kitchen, bedrooms, living and dining rooms, garden, lawn, terrace, outdoor shower and clothesline. Free, easy street parking on our road. There is also a free parking area at the rear of the building. We don't have a private garage. Other things to note Our home is a short walk from many sights: MAAT 5 min, Jerónimos Monastery 10 min, Coach Museum 10 min, Tropical Botanical Garden 15 min, Belém Cultural Centre 15 min, Monument to the Discoveries 20 min. Playground (Jardim Vasco da Gama) 10 min. Transport: bus and tram (E15) stop at the door; Belém train station (Cascais line) 10 min, with connections to Cais do Sodré and Cascais; ferry terminal 12 min. Good to know: the top bunk is for one child only; laundry is air-dried on the garden clothesline. Ideal for stays of a week or longer, with special discounts for longer stays.
