The space Enchanting Forest Tipi Retreat | Off-Grid Comfort on 155 Private Acres Welcome to our cozy forest tipi, tucked into 155 acres of private woodland. This unique off-grid glamping experience offers deep rest, playful adventure, and nature immersion — without sacrificing comfort. The Tipi Inside you’ll find a queen bed plus two couch beds with plush bedding, lighting, fan, heater, vanity, and simple kitchenette setup (coffee maker, kettle, dishes). A propane fire feature adds warmth and ambiance. The tipi includes a urine-only toilet and sink inside. Just outside on your private deck is a fully enclosed toilet and outdoor shower with instant hot water — private, spacious, and surprisingly luxurious. Your deck features seating, string lights, and fire pits for cozy evenings under the stars. The Land Guests enjoy access to: • 155 acres of hiking trails • Two ponds (one lily pond, one large pond) • Paddle board, pedal boat & floating deck • Axe throwing, pickleball, basketball, trampoline • Hammocks & gardens • Seasonal mushroom foraging Fresh spring water (Berkey filtered), forest air, and quiet surroundings create incredible sleep — something guests mention again and again. Outdoor Kitchen Shared kitchen with hot running water, cooktops, BBQs, cookware, coffee maker, spices, and everyday essentials. Seasonal Gatherings At times, we host optional live music or sound experiences. If your stay overlaps, you’re welcome to join — or simply enjoy the peaceful forest atmosphere. Nearby 15 minutes to the Rogue River, with day-trip access to the Redwoods, Oregon Coast, Oregon Caves, historic Golden, and Wolf Creek Tavern. Guest access Guests have access to 155 acres of private forest trails—perfect for peaceful hikes, mushroom foraging in season, and discovering two serene ponds, including one swimmable with a floating deck. Other things to note All on-property activities, like pedal boats, pickleball, and paddle boards, are complimentary for our guests. Yoga sessions are offered on a donation basis. For those arriving from afar, we offer airport pickup from Rogue Valley Medford International for an additional fee, perfect for solo or world travelers.
