Plenty of room for friends or the extended family, with spaces to spend time together (and apart). A highlight is the top floor deck with unobstructed majestic views to the west and easy access to the open floor kitchen and living space. With four full bedrooms, and one multi purpose family room that has an office space and two twin Murphy beds, this home should suit all the flexible needs you may have. Please note, the Murphy beds do not have linens supplied, you would need to bring your own linens if you require these beds. Three full baths, one with a steam shower and an additional powder room. The top level hosts the open concept living room with soaring ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, designer kitchen with an island and a full dining area. Further back has the primary suite and an additional bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. This level also has the laundry closet. The next level down is the front entryway leading to a large entry, family room, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Closets are in every bedroom, with over 3,500 sq ft of living space on the two levels. The ground level has an entryway, a double length garage with lots of storage areas for all you have. Guest access Full access to the entire house. Some closets may be locked off for owner storage. Guests also have access to all the Panorama Resort amenities including the Panorama Springs hot pools, saunas and water slide, the Toby pool and hot tubs as well as the Pine Lodge fitness centre. (subject to seasonal and other closures) Other things to note If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. The owners have a dog and it stays at the property when they do. Please note, you are not allowed to park in the street. All vehicles have to be on our driveway, in our garage, or parked at the nearby golf course carpark (just up the road). Two vehicles can fit in our garage, and two average sized SUVs can easily fit on the driveway. We kindly ask that you only burn fire logs in the fireplace, which are available at the General Store or at many stores throughout Invermere. There is a 'Minut' sensor in the property that monitors noise and occupancy through decibel detection and also has cigarette detection capabilities. This is a non-recording device and is approved by Airbnb. Decor and furnishings are currently being updated and may differ from the current photos. Please note, the previous owners of this home had a dog that sometimes stayed with them. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring their pets.
