Enjoy our stylish Navarre Florida vacation home. Roughly located 500 feet from the Santa Rosa Sound. 6 minute drive to the Navarre Beach Pier. Centrally located to the surrounding military bases. 3bed 2bath home with open floor plan concept. One story home with open floor plan concept. Master is separate from two secondary rooms. Two bath towels will be on each queen size bed. Access to two full baths with body wash / shampoo and conditioner. Fire pit and gas grill are located in back yard but host doesn’t guarantee firewood or propane. Property is setup for max occupancy of 6. Strict no animal property. Living room tv is equipped with direct tv / access to smart tv apps ( app subscriptions not included ). Day of reservation host will provide entry code and property access information. Host may greet guest on reservation day to assist with checkin. Host will have open communication with guest during their stay via the Airbnb app. Communications between 8am - 9pm are normally responded to within 1hour. Request outside of that window may be delayed. Neighborhood is roughly 30 homes with sound views at the end of the street. Guest are only permitted to have two vehicles and no street parking. Street parked vehicles are subject to being towed at owner’s expense. Multiple stores and restaurants are within walking / biking distance. Driving is recommended as traffic can fluctuate. Ride share services are available in the area but not guaranteed. Travel insurance is highly recommended for your reservation because of strict no refund cancellation policy. Property is located in Florida with close proximity to the beach, you may experience wild life and sand during your stay. Professional cleaning per visit and monthly pest control are performed. No refunds or adjustments will be giving for sand / insects as host has taken preventative measures. 6 bath towels / 6 beach towels / 4 hand towels / 2 makeup towels / basic kitchen utensils are provided. Queen size beds have a soft lightweight quilt coverlet. Daily guest count audit will be performed. Max occupancy is 6. Any condiments, food or spices in the home are left by previous guest(s) for future guest(s) to utilize; in which the host does not take any ownership of or is responsible for. Owner is not responsible for any damages / injuries that occurred during stay.
