Welcome to Rustic Ridge. Located in the Appalachian Mountains up a holler in Roan Mountain Tennessee. You will enjoy all the porch rocking AND marshmallow roasting that you can stand. Just sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook while you relax by the fire pit or take a hike on our private trail. With deep woods views and changing leaf color this is truly a treasure. Pet friendly with a $35 fee. AT hikers are welcome with free local pick up and drop off with booking. Come enjoy! The space We are a 1 room country cabin style. The cabin is adorned with reclaimed lumber from an old farm house that was on the property. We have all the comforts of home with a comfy bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. Guest access We are in the country up a paved one lane county road. The driveway is gravel with plenty of parking right in front of the cabin. Please practice caution and common sense during bad weather and winter months. We are at 3500' and we do see snow. We do have a security camera in the parking area for your safety. Other things to note The cabin is perfect for couples. We have to limit total guests at 2 due to having 1 queen bed and no room in the cottage for another bed. Pets are allowed but please let us know before booking. Per house rules we would like to limit it to 1 dog, crated at night and not left in the cottage alone. There is a $35 pet fee.
