This cozy, bright, and inviting condo is the perfect place to unwind after exploring all that the White Mountains have to offer! The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a second full bathroom. The couch in the living room is a pullout couch, providing an additional sleeping arrangement. There is an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and a private balcony for you to enjoy the fresh mountain air! The Deer Park pond and clubhouse / recreation center are just a short walk away, and there's so much beauty to enjoy right within Deer Park. You'll have access to the Deer Park private 5 acre pond with a sandy beach, playground, a large recreation building with pool, hot tub, saunas, gym, game rooms, racquetball, and tennis courts! **Please take note that you will need to check in at the Deer Park front desk and that check in is not 24 hours! Late check ins are no problem but communication with Deer Park is required!** You will be able to enjoy the privacy of this condo and you will also have access to the Deer Park recreation center and clubhouse. North Woodstock is a beautiful mountain town in the heart of the White Mountains Region. The unit is within walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants in Lincoln and North Woodstock. *The Loon Mountain Shuttle will be operating on weekends and holidays during the 22/23 ski season! There are several amenities right at the resort, but you're also within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, recreation, restaurants and shopping.
