Situated on a channel connecting to Lake Wawasee, the largest natural lake in Indiana, this house ensures outdoor adventure! Plenty of restaurants in the area including 3 that are located on the lake that are accessible by boat. The space -There is a golf course within 5 minutes from the house -There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, chalets, fast food etc within 10 minutes from the property. -There are a few marinas on the lake that are accessible by boat to fill up on gas or for any supplies you may need. 2 boat docks to park your own pontoon or fishing boat. Includes an 8 person hot tub with view of the channel and two full kitchens and living rooms fully equipped and ready to host a large family gathering! -A newly updated game room has been added with pool table, ping pong, mini basketball, spikeball and darts. -Space in the lawn area to park your own boat trailer ***REMEMBER -HOT TUB IS NOT OPEN from June 1st to October 1st!! -SORRY NO PETS OR ANIMALS!!! Other things to note Pontoon Rental- $175 per day with a 2 day minimum. Weekly discounted rate of $970.
