We invite you to stay in this charming, renovated luxurious, Former Model home with stunning updates inside and out! The Tommy Bahama bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a big screen TV with FIRESTICK, and your private bathroom next to your room. You can use our kitchen, kayak, and fish. The space There is a big screen TV in our high ceiling living room, FREE WIFI, wireless internet access, and ceiling fans throughout our home for your added comfort..There is a grill for your use out by the pool. Stay and experience this unforgettable luxurious retreat! We also have another bedroom, Jr. Master Suite with a King size bed that can be rented separately as well. The backyard has an extra large lanai, nice-sized pool with attached hot-tub, a beautiful view of the fresh water canal and a lovely park. It also has an outside shower. Cape Coral has more miles of navigable waterways than anywhere in the world!! Our pool and spa have recently been renovated! Guest access Our guests have access to their bedroom, both living room areas, dining room, kitchen, kitchen nook, pool, spa, and lanai. There is parking available on our totally stamped cement driveway. Please park on the right hand side of the driveway. You can swim in our pool, cook your favorite meals on our gas grill, enjoy eating in our Lanai area, and hang out in our back yard overlooking the canal. You can fish off our 2 dock areas. There are 2 kayaks that you can use during your stay so you can paddle through the canal and into the surrounding lakes. During your stay We will provide resources for you, and help you learn how to navigate to where you wish to visit. We will give you space. but we are available when needed. Other things to note We have a great location in Cape Coral!! We are close to beautiful beaches, nightlife, mini golf, golf courses, a bowling alley, exotic birds, nature, and wonderful shopping malls. Other fun areas to visit during your stay with us in Cape Coral: Ft Myers, Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Beach, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, and Captiva. Our hot tub/spa is not heated 24/7, but if you inform us ahead of time, we will turn it on for you. Sometimes we need a two hour notice depending upon the outside temperatures so it will reach the desired temperature. There is a charge of $10/ day to heat our pool and $10. a day to heat the spa. Please inform the host prior to your arrival if you want the pool or spa heated. Otherwise, you can let us know after you arrive if you wish to use either as long as you give notice so either the pool or spa have the time to heat up. The spa is available with a 2 hour notice in the evening hours, and the pool takes 2 days during the winter time to heat up. House Rules: 1. No smoking/Vaping inside our home or in the screened pool area. 2. No food or drinks in the carpeted areas of our home with the exception of water. 3. No shoes, boots, or sandals should be worn in the carpeted areas unless you have slippers or inside shoes. 4. Pets, drugs & firearms are not permitted in our home. 5. No visitors without the permission of the owners. 6. Do not use the stove or microwave after 10 P.M. 7. Please do not hang any towels or wash cloths on the shower rods. Feel free to use the towel racks in the bathroom or in the laundry room. 8. Do not move pool furniture out of the screened area. 9. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area. There are plastic glasses available in a kitchen drawer or cupboard. 10. Pool & hot tub can be used until 10:30 PM, & a $10. Fee per day applies for heating the pool or heating the hot tub. 11. Please park at an angle on the right hand side of the driveway.
