You will enjoy this spacious farmhouse set in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside with stunning views over the Towy valley only 20 minutes off M4. Whilst maintaining traditional features it has modern facilities, parking for 4 vehicles and a large secure dog friendly/ child friendly garden for relaxing, games, barbecuing and enjoying the views. It’s close to many castles, beaches, gardens, small towns, cycle path, fishing and so much more It’s a lovely farmhouse for all ages to enjoy. The space A spacious house with: Upstairs: 4 large bedrooms - bedroom 1 with shower and wash basin, bedroom 2 with en suite, bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom. Downstairs: a spacious comfortable lounge, seating for eight peoplewith open fire: a study work room/playroom with desk and a cupboard of toys: a gracious dining room with seating for eight record player and deck with a selection of vinyls : A well equipped. kitchen: a utility room with a large fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and electric dryer: a garden room: cloakroom complete with shower,wash basin and toilet. The house is child friendly with toys , a travelling cot, high chair and child’s tableware. It is dog friendly for up to two well behaved dogs (dogs are not allowed upstairs).For additional dogs-the owners will need to be contacted. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house and gardens as it is exclusively theirs for the duration of the stay. There is parking space for three cars directly opposite the farmhouse. Other things to note Visitors may require walking boots/wellingtons, as external areas may be muddy during inclement weather. The Victorian conservatory is a wonderful place to relax in good weather but in the Winter months it has no heating and it can get chilly. There is much to do within a day trip from the farmhouse: Stunning coastal walks with beautiful beaches; magical castles; wonderful gardens (National Botanical/ Aberglasny) ; forest trails; road and mountain biking routes; market towns with ample shopping and excellent restaurants and pubs. As an example, Just 15 minutes from here, you will find the market town of Llandeilo. This vibrant cosmopolitan town draws people in with its independent shops, vibrant pubs and restaurants, delis and butchers and local beauty spots. The town has its famous Dinefwr estate – with Dinefwr Castle, beautiful walks and National Trust house which hosts many events and celebrations. The town is full of places to discover and there are always events in the community centre and throughout the town. Alternatively stay put, and enjoy the garden, reading in the study and or playing games. In the Winter months cosying up to an open fire in the sitting room whatever the weather is doing outside, is a must!
