The cozy living room is located at the front of the house with a new UHD TV equipped with cable TV (200+ channels, epix and Showtime) and Netflix, and numerous games for relaxation. The large separate dining room seats 8 guests very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Monogram cooktop, wall oven and microwave and Bosch dishwasher. The open concept kitchen adjoins the large family room with two seating areas, a new wall-mounted UHD TV and wonderful views of the water seen through a wall of two double sliding glass doors that lead to the large screened-in porch, all with unobstructed views of the water. The porch is equipped with a comfortable seating area as well as another dining table that seats 8 guests. Four comfortable bedrooms are located on the second floor and are well equipped with a mixture of whimsical and modern furniture selected to make the house feel like home. Four total bedrooms are comprised of one master with king, one queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each. The plush memory foam-topped beds were chosen for comfort and all beds have 100% cotton percale sheets and down-filled duvets and pillows. Each bedroom also has comfortable seating for those few moments of relaxation away from it all. All beds & linens are new. There are two desks - one in the queen bedroom and one in the king bedroom. The high speed WiFi with a mesh network is suitable for those who wish to work from home while away. The large en-suite master bedroom offers a higher perspective view of the water and is appointed with a king bed, a comfortable seating area overlooking the water, a new UHD TV and a large Jans of London antique desk. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet with built in dresser drawers. There are three full baths in total: master bathroom, a family bathroom on the second floor and another full bathroom located on the first floor, adjacent to the family room. All bathrooms offer stand up showers only. No bathtubs. There is also a powder room on the first floor. Just come, park your car (2 cars maximum) and enjoy! Note: Guests must obtain prior permission to dock a boat at the house. Boats allowed by permission only. An additional docking fee applies. Guests can access the whole house and grounds. It's great fun to visit and explore. You can go by bike, car or take the little ferry from Oxford to Bellevue. Grocery shopping and errands are easily accomplished in nearby Easton, a short driving distance away. There are a variety of grocery stores including Harris Teeter, Grauls, The Amish Market, and Giant. Walk to anywhere around town from the house. The Scottish Highland Creamery is just two blocks away for your after dinner ice cream! There is a long walking trail in the Conservancy just as you drive into town.
