The apartment has a small private garden with citrus fruits, Mediterranean plants and a large panoramic terrace with a covered loggia towards the sea. The large terrace facing the sea also has a lounge area and a gate for children / dogs. The lower area can be reached via an external staircase and offers a large living room with sofa corner and large windows towards the sea through which you enter under the furnished porch, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room (dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker) with French window on the dining area under the Loggia, and dining area in the living room. The house can be reached by car via a dirt road about 100 meters from the main road, guaranteeing the peace and isolation of the house. The narrowest point of the access road measures 2.30 meters. For oversized vehicles we offer alternative parking near the house. The access road to the property serves the Villa Meridiana and another house of the same property which is rented separately. In about 5/10 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the beach via another path that winds through the ancient wine terraces.
