The space The home is designed and decorated to give a welcoming and relaxed farmhouse experience. With two bedrooms (each with its own TV) and single bath, and this lovely home can accommodate four. It also has a new Pack and Play to welcome babies as well. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy living room also with a large TV. Fire pit in back yard to hang around. Guest access Full access to entire house except the coat closet by the front door. Other things to note While the front yard faces the convenient Hwy 79, the spacious backyard patio is equipped with a new grill and furniture for a quieter and more relaxing BBQ with friends and family. The spacious backyard is fenced and gated for secure parking for cars, RVs, or boats. **Please note the during the day you may hear some highway noise but at night it is real quiet.** Being in Texas you may see smaller critters and bugs here and there. Ice and water dispenser is not hooked up so please bring water and ice
