Charming Bedroom in Quiet House-Like Charmer

My place is good for solo adventurers. It's is very quaint, feels like a little house because it's on a fourplex. I ask that my space be respected and to only use what's available to you. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Bathroom is located in the bedroom and will be shared in waking hours if needed. We can work a schedule so it works out. Smoking patio available as well. The space It's quiet, discreet, and suburban area. Close to freeways not to far from Hollywood and the city life. Guest access I have a front door and back. It's almost like a little house. You have access to the room and bathroom Closet and drawer space upon request. Living room and kitchen are shared. Dish ware and cooking ware is available to you, food not included. Guests have access to smoking patio outside. During your stay I am available through the Airbnb messenger at any time.
