Clean, comfortable, boho (private) bedroom & bathroom in my ECO-forward, PRIMARY home that I share with my partner, Brandon & dog Kingsley. Lots of thoughtful touches provided! Home is just minutes from Downtown Kalamazoo, Wings Event Stadium, Kzoo Expo Ctr, I-94, WMU/K College, Pfizer, Stryker, Bronson & Borgess Hospitals. Uber/Lyft, taxis, Metro bus are usually avail Snacks/Fruit, Coffee/Tea avail We’re 420 friendly; respectful use is limited to outdoors The space BEDROOM: * Cozy 11’x12’ sized room. * FULL-size, medium-firm bed. * Smart TV - Incl: NETFLIX, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, and more. * Sitting chair with pull up table (for desk/vanity usage). * Bookcase (empty shelves for your belongings). * Built-in USB plugs IN the wall outlets. * Closet: luggage rack/hangers/shelves/Iron & Ironing Board. * Sound Machine/Ear Plugs * HEATED mattress pad * Room-Darkening Curtains * Remote-Controlled overhead light/fan BATHROOM: Full-size Tub/Shower Eco-flush toilet Waterfall faucet * Lots of essentials, in case you forget something. Guest access KITCHEN Countertop Oven (toast, bake) Microwave Eggtastic Maker Elec Water Kettle French Press Coffee Maker Breakfast Island w/ stools & dining room table for enjoying your snacks/meals. Some Refrigerator/Freezer space is available. Filtered water & ice built-in on the refrigerator for general use. PARKING There is parking for ONE (1) vehicle in the driveway. DECK/POOL (SHARED SPACE): * Quiet time observed from 10pm - 8am * All outdoor areas available seasonally (~June-August) & weather permitting * Covering of genitalia is necessary during DAYTIME hours, as we have children living on 2 sides of us * Feel free to skinny-dip after dark 😉 During your stay I like to check-in with my guests during the stay to see how things are going, make sure you have everything you need OR if I can be of any help to make sure your stay is comfortable & enjoyable ;-) My work schedule varies day-to-day; if I'm not around the house, I can ALWAYS be reached on my cell phone. Other things to note PROHIBITED: * Unable to host Service Animals * No Outdoor shoes worn INDOORS * No Non-paying guests (Unless pre-arranged)/Parties * No Excessive inebriation/illegal drugs/TOBACCO smoking. (Note - We are 420 friendly; respectful use is limited to the backyard).
