100 Acre Farm Near Cody

This spacious 3 BR, 2 BA home is located just 15-20 minutes away from downtown Cody. Enjoy central AC and an outside fire pit area. Guests may enjoy taking walks on the country roads & getting some fresh air. Check in on your own time with self check-in! We live on the same property which makes it easy to communicate. The space We are excited to host you! Please note the following items: 1. Starlink internet! Our TV signs you in to a guest account where you can download and login to your favorite streaming services. 2. Cell service can also be limited at this location at times. Try wi-fi calling for better results. 3. This is a country home. You may see deer, rabbits, pheasants, raccoons, and other wild life during your stay. Please enjoy these animals by watching and admiring them, but please DO NOT approach or try to harm the animals. Although they may seem tame, they are wild creatures and are not accustomed to being approached or handled by people. 4. A fire pit and propane grill are located on the property. The first round of fire wood and propane is on us! If you need more, wood is available to purchase from us or in town. 5. Our personal residence is located on the property. We look forward to having you as neighbors for your stay. Guest access On our 100-acre farm, you have access to all the rooms of your rental, a small wrap-around lawn, and the dirt roads surrounding our property. If you go on walks, please stay on the roads. There are two small supply closets that we leave locked. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. If you choose to smoke outside, please pick up all remnants of cigarettes and dispose of them in the trash. An additional fee will be applied if the house smells of smoke or there are cigarette butts to pick up. Do not dispose of cigarettes in the fire pit.
