The property: Sits beside a small creek that runs alongside the home and is accessible for wading but watch your steps as you get into it, as there are no steps. Also, keep in mind that Georgia has a lot of critters, especially mosquitos. Full disclosure: This home is near nature, wooded areas and water so it is common to see deer, raccoons, foxes, opossums, and other critters around, such as spiders, frogs, bugs, etc. I maintain the property treated for pests on a regular basis but nothing is 100% guaranteed bug free.
