The space 3 bedroom townhouse with den/office featuring a "coffee bar" and large screen tv makes for a great working from home room with french doors and lots of light. This is a 12 week minimum rental We cannot host short term rentals per HOA There is a second desk in the bedroom upstairs and wifi throughout the house with a spacious furnished deck with gas grill, living room and gourmet kitchen. Guest access guests have the entire home to themselves up to 6 guests and more We cannot host short term rentals per HOA guidelines- minimum of three months lease however you can choose to stay as long as you prefer- the only thing that is required is a lease agreement with 3 months. Utilities and health club along with racquet sports(tennis/pickleball and platform tennis courts) and indoor/outdoor swimming pools are included with the townhome.
